It all begins with the planting of the pineapple, not from traditional seeds, but from the crown (the leafy top of the fruit). These are planted in well-prepared, slightly acidic soil that drains easily and receives ample sunlight. Over the course of 18 to 24 months, the plant matures and produces a single, central fruit. Once the pineapples reach full ripeness, indicated by a sweet aroma and golden colour, they are carefully hand-harvested.

Tasting Notes
Pineapple wine is typically a bright, golden-yellow wine with a fragrant, tropical aroma and a flavour that balances natural sweetness with crisp acidity. Served chilled, it offers a refreshing taste with notes of ripe pineapple, citrus, and floral undertones — ideal as a light aperitif or a fruity dessert wine.
